Who we are
These terms are between you and Vape Zone, a wholesale distributor registered in England. They apply to every order placed through this site or with your account manager.
Trade accounts only
We supply registered businesses. Opening an account requires a Companies House number and, where the law requires one, a premises licence. We do not supply unregistered buyers or members of the public.
Prices and tiers
Prices shown are ex VAT unless stated otherwise, and are those in force at the moment the order is placed. Case-break tiers apply automatically at the basket once the qualifying quantity is reached.
Minimum order
A minimum order value applies to delivered orders. Collections from the trade counter are not subject to a minimum.
Payment
Payment is due before despatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Where terms are agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are picked the same day. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed times.
Collection and returns
Shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened stock in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days by prior arrangement.
Age restricted products
Nicotine products must not be resold to anyone under 18. You are responsible for operating an appropriate age verification policy in your premises.
