Built by people who ran shops

Vape Zone started in 2016 as two convenience stores in south Manchester that could not get stock reliably. We began buying in volume for ourselves, then for the shops around us, and by 2019 the wholesale side had outgrown the retail side entirely - so we sold the shops.

That history sets our priorities. We hold depth rather than breadth on the fast lines, we publish honest margin figures against real RRPs, and we do not undercut our own customers by selling direct to the public.

Today we operate 18,000 sq ft in Manchester, carry 620 active SKUs across 4 brands, and pick orders the same day when placed before 3pm.
