What we collect

Your business details, the contact details of the people who order from us, your delivery addresses and your order history. For credit accounts we also hold the information needed to run a credit check.

Why we hold it

To verify that you are a registered business entitled to buy at trade, to take and deliver your orders, to invoice you, and to meet our record-keeping obligations for age-restricted products.

Who we share it with

Our couriers, so they can deliver; our payment providers, so they can take payment; and HMRC and the regulator where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for the period our tax and compliance obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
